Yvonne Caliste

Yvonne M. (Punie) Caliste, beloved daughter of the late Emanuel Sr. & Lucille Caliste, entered into eternal rest on September 22, 2024. Yvonne leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved children, David, Dominique, Jonquel and Natasha Caliste, siblings, Shelita C. Nelson, Sylvia C. Smith, Zolite, Emanuel Jr., Alvin, and Ferdinand Caliste, five grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Yvonne, Rosemary, Elmore, and Stanley Caliste. Relatives, friends, neighbors, our “Conti Street Family,” and staff of the Bienville-Basin Apartments are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Fr. Anthony Rigoli, OMI-Pastor. Entombment in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3. Arrangements entrusted to Heritage Funeral Directors.
