Royal R. Jones, Sr.

Royal R. Jones, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 20, 2018. He was born in Woodville, MS. to the late Lawrence T. Jones, Sr. and Orlor Jones on February 28, 1952. He was a graduate of Wilkinson County High School and is a former employee of RTA, Triple E. Trucking, RRJ Trucking and EXCELTH Family Health Care. Roy loved the Lord and served at New Hope Baptist Church, 1807 Rev. John Raphael, Jr. Way. He leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife, Tiralyn Jones; two sons, Theron Porter (Ashley) and Royal Jones, Jr. (Teresa); one daughter, Ke’shunda Jones Veal (Dwayne) of Fort Worth Texas; four brothers; five sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends, the Pastor and members of New Hope Baptist Church, employees of Excelth Family Health Care, United Parcel Service, Fundamental Clinical and Medical of Operations, Rayne Early Childhood Education and Walgreens are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church, 1807 Rev. John Raphael, Jr. Way, New Orleans, LA 70113 at 10:00 AM. Visitation begins at 9:00 AM.
