Roy Smith, 63 died on April 8, 2022, in New Orleans, LA. He is survived by his Sister Linda Oubichon, Anna Frazier, Donna Watkins, and brother Troy Picard. He is preceded in death by his parents Dan Smith Jr and Lillie Mae Lewis Smith, brothers Dan Smith III, Don Smith, and Ray Smith.

• The memorial service will be on April 30, 2022, at 11:00 am at Progressive Baptist Church, 1214 S. Robertson, New Orleans, LA., 70113. Following the memorial service, there will be a fellowship in Progressive Baptist Church’s Fellowship Hall.
