Mary Lee Pierce

Mary Lee Pierce,   – 66, was called home to be with our almighty father on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Born to the late Joseph Emanuel Sr. and Mary Ollie Moten-Pierce, Mary was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1972 and was employed at Kentwood Spring Water for more than 35 years. She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Kevin Sr. (Kimberly), Yasin Pierce, and Leandrea Follins; sisters, Dianne Pierce and Lenora (Mark) Stockman; brothers, Darryl (Roselyn) and Michael Pierce; grandchildren, Diondra Birden, Klarissa, Kayla and Kevin Pierce Jr.; granddog Louie; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Employees of Kentwood Spring Water, Walmart, YEP program, and residents of Marrero Commons are invited to attend her Homegoing Celebration on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 10:00AM at Israelite Baptist Church, 2100 Martin L. King Jr. Blvd., New Orleans, LA.

Visitation will be held from 9:00AM until the hour of service. Interment Resthaven Memorial Park, 10400 Old Gentilly Rd., New Orleans, LA.
